General terms and conditions of the NAVIVOILE loyalty program

The NAVIVOILE Loyalty Programme (hereinafter the “Programme”) is offered by the company NAVIVOILE (hereinafter “NAVIVOILE”), a single-member simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Narbonne under number 837 574 573, whose registered office is 23 impasse Maurice Dagniac, 11210 Port la Nouvelle.

NAVIVOILE offers its customers a loyalty program called the “NAVIVOILE Loyalty Program” (hereinafter the “Program”). By joining the Program, the person joining the Program (hereinafter the “Member”) accepts the following conditions without reservation (hereinafter the “General Conditions”).

I. How and where to join the Program?

The Program is open to individuals (excluding associations, companies, works councils, sports clubs, etc.) who are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts. To join the Program, the customer must have, or create, a NAVIVOILE account in order to book a NAVIVOILE cruise on the website www.navivoile.com.

Membership in the program is done:

Either at the customer's request from our NAVIVOILE ticket offices (during opening hours and dates).
Either directly on the website www.navivoile.com.

Furthermore, membership is automatically activated when a customer uses their account to make an online purchase ( cruise or gift card ). The Program cannot be manually activated after a purchase. This membership is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

II. What information do I need to provide in order to join?

The customer must fill in the following fields:

Last name and first name
Mobile phone
Valid username and email address
Password
Acceptance of the privacy policy and the terms and conditions

III. What are the advantages of the Program?

When you join the Program, you accumulate loyalty points with your online purchases (1€ spent = 1 point). Each point is valid for 24 months from the date it is earned.

From 350 points: €15 discount coupon (valid for 12 months).
From 700 points: €30 discount coupon (valid for 12 months).
From 1050 points: €45 discount coupon (valid for 12 months).

IV. Where can I use my points?

You can spend your points using the discount codes received in your email on the website www.navivoile.com. These codes are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers.

With any other current promotional offer.
At our partners or for payment by ANCV holiday vouchers.
For the purchase of boutique products or special cruises (Collioure Fireworks).

V. Fraudulent Use

NAVIVOILE reserves the right to cancel participation in the Program in the event of detection of fraudulent use or bad faith of the member's credentials.

VI. Personal Data

In accordance with the GDPR, NAVIVOILE informs you about the processing of your data via the " Privacy Centre " of our website.

VII. Modification of personal information

Members can modify their information via the “ My Account ” section of the website or by writing to: contact@navivoile.com.

VIII. Unsubscribing from the program

To withdraw from the Program, the Member must delete their customer account or contact support. Deletion results in the permanent loss of points and rewards.

IX. Modification of these conditions

NAVIVOILE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program Terms at any time. Any substantial modification will be subject to prior notification.
